Information you provide

We collect information only when you send it to us through a quote or contact form. Depending on the form, this may include your name, company, email address, phone number, message, and the products, colours, sizes, and quantity ranges included in a quote request.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our service providers may process technical information needed to deliver, secure, and measure the website. This may include your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, interaction information, and the date and time of a request.

• Cloudflareprovides website hosting, security, Turnstile abuse prevention, Cloudflare Web Analytics, and Zaraz tag management. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to measure traffic and performance without cookies or tracking people across websites.
• Google Analyticsis delivered through Cloudflare Zaraz and is used only for basic site analytics. It may use first-party cookies, including _gacookies, to distinguish visits and sessions. We do not use Google Analytics advertising features, Google Signals, remarketing, or ad personalization.

Cloudflare may also use cookies or similar browser storage where necessary to protect the site and remember security-related state. The site does not host advertising or use advertising cookies.

How we use information

We keep quote and contact information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, manage the resulting business relationship, and meet legal or operational requirements. Analytics and security information is retained according to the applicable service provider's settings and policies.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Doing so may affect security or analytics features, but it will not prevent you from browsing the catalogue. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
