Headwear punches above its weight in custom apparel. A stitched logo on a cap or toque travels everywhere the wearer goes, and the low unit cost makes hats a favourite for events, teams and retail. We carry structured and unstructured caps, snapbacks and truckers, cuffed knit toques and beanies, plus other headwear like bucket hats and visors.

Embroidery is king

Embroidery is the standard for headwear — it’s durable, dimensional, and reads as premium on a cap front or the fold of a toque. Structured caps hold a design especially crisply thanks to their firm front panel, while a tonal stitch on a beanie gives a subtle, modern look. Larger or highly detailed artwork may need to be simplified for a small curved surface; our decoration techniques guide explains how.
