Decoration Techniques
Not sure how to put your logo on a garment? Here's a plain-language guide to the four methods we use most, and which garments each one suits. When you're ready, request a quote and we'll recommend the best fit for your artwork, quantity, and budget.
Embroidery
Your design is stitched into the fabric with thread, giving a premium, textured, long-wearing finish.
Best for: Polos, caps, jackets, and structured bags — anywhere a durable, upscale look matters.
Screen printing
Ink is pushed through a stencil screen, one screen per colour. The gold standard for bold, vivid prints at volume.
Best for: T-shirts, hoodies, and any larger run with a limited number of ink colours.
Heat transfer
A design is cut or printed onto a transfer film and heat-pressed onto the garment. Great for names, numbers, and small runs.
Best for: Team jerseys, activewear, and personalized one-offs.
Direct-to-garment (DTG)
A specialized printer lays ink directly onto the fabric, reproducing full-colour, photographic detail with no per-colour setup.
Best for: Detailed or multi-colour artwork on cotton tees, especially in smaller quantities.
